Excellent value for the money!, December 7, 2004
Don't waste
your time with more expensive brands. Buy this attractive, inexpensive
model and you'll get maaannnny years of use out of it. When you've just
really got to kill someone, this is your ... oh wait, what am I reviewing?

great buy, June 24, 2004
I have had my share of problems with toasters in the past... This toaster is awesome!
I used it to cook up an entire squirrel. The squealing vermin is held in place by two
wire frames that hold it when the lever is pushed down. The food
toasts evenly. When your meat is done, it stays low in the toaster and
can be taken out by lifting on the lever. I like this feature because the
rodent stays warm while I make the duck sauce. (I don't like to eat cold
squirrel!)

FINALLY!!!!!, October 4, 2005
I can't beleive
we FINALLY found a toaster that toasts the way it should! I have now had
toast for 4 straight days that I could eat and enjoy! It toasts the two
sides almost the same. If it had toasted the two sides exactly the same I
would have given this little beauty a 5 star rating. I have had toasters
that were 10 times the price and returned them in a week! We bought an
one about a nonth ago (for over twice the price) and it drove me crazy.
We replaced it with this one and now I get toast that's eatable [sic] (every
time).

Decent toaster, September 16, 2005
I bought this toaster because it was a Consumer Reports recommended best buy. For the
price it's a decent doorstop - heavy enough. The only fault is that it's a
little too light weight to use as a boat anchor.
